Mark Cavanagh of Computer Logic has been engaged by Bartter Enterprises on a number of occasions to undertake software development & to also provide IT support.
The development activity included the provision of an electronic web-based requisitioning system which Bartter still has in use Australia-wide. All purchase requisitions within Bartter are raised via this system which was designed & developed by Mark. The system has been well-received by users & has provided a significant pay-back for Bartter.
The IT support activities included Mark initially working with Bartter to provide IT support for a couple of months in a holiday-relief situation. This proved so successful, that Mark was engaged to provide IT support for over 700 users nationally for a full day while the Bartter IT team attended an off-site workshop. During this time he was responsible for managing the Helpdesk area & addressing any issues Australia-wide.
It is an indication of my confidence in Mark's ability & professionalism that I would entrust this important role to him and would have no hesitation in repeating this engagement if and when the opportunity arises.
