Our processes have been developed to protect your critical business information and to keep your systems running smoothly.
Your program will include a monthly on-site visit, covering all the systems in your network, as well as more regular remote monitoring of your critical office equipment.
As part of your preventative maintenance program we will regularly:
- Verify that your data is being backed up correctly, and can be restored without incident
- Check that your anti-virus software and network is secured against the latest known threats
- Apply updates from operating system and hardware vendors, including all critical security releases
- Keep your applications current with the latest updates from software vendors
- Monitor and optimise the performance of your servers and workstations
- Review system logs to verify the correct ongoing operation of your systems
- Validate the configuration of devices such as modems, printers, and backup power supplies
- Notify you when issues of concern arise between on-site visits
- Document the results of our investigations for your review
